Swim Team Members 

As a member of the Lawrence Aquahawks Swim Team, it is your responsibility to use the handbook and understand the By Laws.  They contain important information about your role in this organization.  

The 2025-2026 information became available after the Annual Meeting.  

Team Handbook   -   Document containing all important information regarding policies and procedures.

By Laws  -    Official document governing the Aquahawks and Board of Directors. 9-2025

Group Descriptions   -   Overview of each group within the swim club including requirements for entry at each level.

2025-2026 Monthly Swim Level Fees   -    charges incurred by accounts during the swim year.

Account Reminders   -    Summary of billing and invoicing procedures.

MAAPP - 1/2025 Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy for USA Swimming athletes and families (i.e. rules around lock rooms, travel, therapy/treatments, electronic communication and close in age)

Annual Information Packet    -   Forms to be filled out by all new and returning members every year. This includes medical clearance, photo/video release form and a signed agreement that you have read and understand pertinent policies and procedures of the Lawrence Aquahawks, including  MAAPP (Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy).  These may be filled out electronically or on paper.  For Medical information that is complex, a paper form might be most appropriate.  Please email the secretary for paper.
