How to sign up for a Swim Meet:

To commit or decline to participate in a swim meet, please log into your SportsEngine account.

>Click on the Meet/Events tab.

>Click on the meet you wish to participate in.

>Click on Attend/Decline.

>Select your swimmer’s name, and then click yes or no in the Declaration box.

Be sure to declare which sessions your swimmer can attend in the comments box. If you do not, the coach might sign the swimmer up for another day.

If you have any questions on this process, please feel free to contact your group coach.

If your swimmer is 16 or older and traveling with coach, they must fill out forms tied to MAAPP rules to grant permission to the coach.  We take this very seriously.  Please review pages 9-13 of MAAPP as it relates to travel and treatment, if needed.
